The Hermesh 8 mesh, indicated for inguinal hernias with laparotomy and laparoscopic surgery, is a macroporous and light mesh and it is knitted with quadriaxial technology.

The "quadriaxial" technology is a type of knitting patented by Herniamesh which allows to obtain a mesh with identical elastic modulus in all directions (isotropic), deforming less under tension.
