Non-absorbable polypropylene monofilament nets, pre-shaped T5

Pre-shaped rigid or semi-rigid meshes with eccentric hole, used in male inguinal hernia defects. This mesh is used in conjunction with the Hertra preshaped mesh  in the presence of significant destruction or weakness of the posterior wall. The T5 mesh is positioned under the transversalis fascia and the distance between the T5 prosthesis and the Hertra pre-shaped prosthesis can be adapted in the most anatomically appropriate way thanks to the through suture system designed by Prof. Trabucco.
